Returns

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery. If something isn't right, message us on Messenger with your order and what happened — we handle full and partial returns, whichever fits.

• Good condition

  Goes back into our stock as-is.

• Damaged

  Won't be resold — we'll work out a refund or replacement with you.

• Wrong size, or you changed your mind

  We'll help you exchange it for something else from the shop.

Every return is reviewed and logged by our team against your original order — there is no separate form to fill in first.

Common questions

How much does delivery cost?

Inside Dhaka is ৳90, Surrounding Dhaka is ৳120, Outside Dhaka is ৳150. The charge is added at checkout once you choose your area.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes. You can pay cash when your parcel arrives, or pay upfront at checkout — whichever you prefer. Both options are available on every order.

Which courier do you deliver with?

Every order ships with Steadfast, and we track it from pickup to your door so we can tell you where your parcel is if you ask.

Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

Yes. We deliver inside Dhaka, to the surrounding Dhaka area, and anywhere else in Bangladesh. Each of the three zones has its own delivery charge.

How long do I have to return something?

7 days from the day your parcel is delivered. Message us on Messenger within that window with your order and what happened.
